Since 2016 I have been using this Ancient Lemurian Medicine Wheel meditation practice from the Native American Hopi tradition to harmonise, balance and heal my archetypes, sub-personalities or Sacred Gift Characters of Self: Inner Nurturer, Inner Child, Inner Warrior/ Warrioress and Inner Spirit.
This Ancient Medicine Wheel practice from Native American Hopi tribe dates back 26.000 years to Lemuria and its a very profound tool to balance, harmonise and healing all aspects within your Sacred Self.
The direction of the South is the direction of the Earth element, the direction of your Body, it’s the direction of your Inner Nurturer, who wants to be and receive nurturing and care for your Body, your Highest Creation in this Physical Human Experience. Ask your inner nurturer what is your name? how are you? What do you want, need & desire to feel nurtured, balanced and in harmony with life.
The direction of the West is the direction of the Water element, sunset, it’s your emotional Body, your Inner Child who holds on to your subconscious part of mind that is hidden in the physical part of mind, in the body. It’s the creative, playful, joyful, blissful one who want to be playful and creative.
The direction of the North is the direction of the Air element, it’s the direction of the mental body, the active doing thinking one, the ego or you Inner Warrior/ Warrioress. In the ideal situation the Ego is surrendered into the noble & benevolent servant to your Soul, Spirit, Nurturer, Child’s wants, needs and desires.
The direction of the East is the direction of the Fire element, direction of the Sunrise, Spirit Rising for a New Beginning in the East. It’s the direction for your Inner Spirit. The spiritual One who wants to consciously and spiritually evolve.
I am asking these parts of myself what is your name? How are you? What do you want, need and desire to feel in harmony and balance with yourself. For my it’s been the best Self Love meditation practice so far and has a great effect in harmonising and balancing my 4 sacred parts of Self.
The more you tune into your Sacred Gift Characters of the Self, the more in harmony you feel within your Self.
After the practice I ask my guides to give me a Sacred Gift characters of the Self harmonisation Chamber of Light.
